Hand me the footage. I'll run the show.

A done-for-you podcast studio run by Matt Smith. I host the interviews or write the questions, edit the episode, cut the clips, and get all of it onto YouTube, Apple, Spotify and your social feeds, every week.

Two packages, prices on the page. Four shows at a time, because I edit every episode myself.

First question on every call: what is this podcast for?

The answer decides which of these three we do. The finish is the same.

  1. I host it

You pick the guests: customers, top users, partners. I research them, write the questions, run the interview, and take it from there.

  2. You host, I write the questions

I research the guest, send a question set in advance and go back and forth with you on it. You record. I take the files.

  3. You record, I do the rest

You already have a show. Send the raw files. Post-production, clips and distribution come off your desk.

What you get, every episode.

Raw files on Monday, the finished episode and clips by Friday, published and scheduled the week after.

  1. The long-form editNames, questions and numbers on screen, delivered in 16:9.
  2. Twelve clips with coversEach one a different moment, captioned, in 9:16.
  3. Thumbnail and title optionsThree of each, so you pick one instead of writing a brief.
  4. PublishedYouTube, Apple Podcasts and Spotify, with chapters and show notes.
  5. Posted for a weekClips scheduled across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn after release.
  6. A newsletter draftThe episode written up for Substack or the company newsletter.
  7. The filesRaw and finished, all yours, in a folder you keep.

    Polymaths

A day of editing became an afternoon.

A podcast used to cost me three days: a day in Final Cut on the episode, a day on the clips, a day researching the guest. I built an engine on Claude Code and DaVinci Resolve that takes the repetitive parts, so my time goes where it shows, the cut and the questions. It is the engine behind every Polymaths episode.

Two ways to buy.

Month to month, 30 days notice either way. If you would not publish the first finished episode, you get your deposit back and we stop.
